Refund Policy
All sales are final.Due to the digital nature of our products — once delivered, they cannot be “returned” — we do not offer refunds as a general policy.
When we may refund
- The resource was never delivered due to a Tebex delivery failure
- The resource is fundamentally broken and a fix cannot reasonably be provided
- Accidental duplicate purchase (contact us within 24 hours)
What is not refundable
- “I changed my mind” or buyer's remorse
- Framework incompatibility that was disclosed on the product page
- Conflict with another resource on your server
- Resources that were already downloaded or activated
How to request a refund
Open a ticket in our Discord or email support within 48 hours of purchase. Include your Tebex transaction ID and a description of the issue. We'll respond within 72 hours.
Chargebacks filed without contacting support first will result in a permanent account ban.
