Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By purchasing or using any DieselScripts resource, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.

2. License

Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the resource on your own FiveM server(s). You may not redistribute, resell, share, leak, or publicly upload any resource, in whole or in part.

3. Chargebacks

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting our support will result in an immediate and permanent revocation of all resource licenses associated with the account, and a blacklist across all DieselScripts products.

4. Support

Support is provided via Discord for active installations and customization guidance. Support does not include custom development, server hosting setup, or third-party resource conflicts.

5. Updates

Updates and bug fixes are provided at DieselScripts' discretion for the lifetime of the product. "Lifetime" means the period during which the product remains actively supported.

6. Liability

Resources are provided "as is" without warranty. DieselScripts is not liable for any loss, damages, downtime, or data loss resulting from use of our resources.

7. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Tebex (Overwolf Ltd). DieselScripts does not store, process, or have access to your payment details.
